RETURN POLICY
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original packaging and tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, worn or tried-on knit socks cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@boffmaw.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our knit sock products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn or used socks (including any item that has been tried on)
- Personalized or custom items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please email us at service@boffmaw.com
EU Consumers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions mentioned above.
